Encompassing 276 miles of shoreline and 5,322 square miles of ocean, the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary is the largest marine reserve in the United States.  The Monterey Bay was established for the purpose of education, research, resource protection and public use.  It is home to one of the most diverse marine ecosystems on the planet, hosting marine mammals, seabirds, fish, invertebrates and amazing kelp forests that the otters call home.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are required for all tours and payment is due in full at the time of reservation. We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations.  If Kayak Connection determines unsafe conditions due to weather (i.e. strong winds, high surf, etc) reservations will result in a full refund.
